The Department of Anthropology is so proud to congratulate our alumna and past Stapleton Award recipient, Bianca Uribe (C’18) on receiving one of the Rangel Fellowships. The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program is a U.S. Department of State program, administered by Howard University, that attracts and prepares young people for careers of international service.
